JoAnna Kraynek is an Assurance Partner at PwC and serves a broad range of clients within the financial services industry—including registered investment companies, private equity funds, venture capital funds and hedge funds—delivering audit and accounting services. Since joining PwC, JoAnna has worked with multinational corporations as well as large and medium-sized companies at various stages of their life cycles, from startup ventures to growth-oriented organizations transitioning to initial public offerings. Her experience also includes numerous acquisitions, as well as public and private debt and equity offerings and restructurings. JoAnna is a dedicated mentor and coach and leads PwC’s Parenting Inclusion Network.
