We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced GenAI expert to lead the design and roadmap of Generative AI platform solutions at the Citi Innovation Lab. The ideal candidate is passionate about AI and Generative AI, has an excellent track record in high scale engineering products and hands-on experience in developing AI and GenAI solutions whether in professional or personal projects. In this role, you'll be a key player in driving innovative projects throughout the bank using AI and specifically generative AI.Ìý

¸é±ð²õ±è´Ç²Ô²õ¾±²ú¾±±ô¾±³Ù¾±±ð²õ:Ìý

• Lead research and development activities with the goal of finding innovative solutions with substantial impact potential for the business units across CitiÌý

• Lead design and architecture for a broad range of AI infrastructure tools and technologiesÌý

• Work with internal and external partners to design, validate and deliver solutions with a commercial benefit for CitiÌý

• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives and projects of varying sizes & complexityÌý

• Engage with technical and business stakeholders to define and design overall architecture for key use-cases across our TTS, Markets, Securities Services and Banking Business LinesÌý

• Partner with Citi’s AI Centre of Excellence to ensure best practice is followed from the perspectives of good governance, risk management, standardization, and toolingÌý

²Ï³Ü²¹±ô¾±´Ú¾±³¦²¹³Ù¾±´Ç²Ô²õ:Ìý

• Academic degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent.ÌýÌý

• At least 7 years of experience in the software industryÌý

• At least 3 years of proven experience as a tech lead or an architect of large unitÌý

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience working on GenAI projects, personal or professional (preferred) projects. Background in data science or working on data science centric projects is an advantageÌý

• Strong and diverse technical background. Ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies, influence highly skilled engineering teams and overall have a personal impact on technology decisions and visionÌý

• Vast experience with cloud architecturesÌý

• Proficiency in programming languages such as PythonÌý

• Excellent communication skillsÌý

• Leadership and organizational abilitiesÌý

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsÌý

• Strategic thinkerÌý

• Experience in the financial industry â€� major advantageÌý
