What you will do:
� Lead the team responsible for the product or portfolio strategy
� Guide others to deconstruct and extract the strategy from a well-written marketing plan
� Coach others on the market positioning and strengths/weaknesses of key competitors
� Share marketing intelligence and information with team
� Establish pricing strategy, including contract pricing
� Coach others on how to utilize the product or portfolio structure to maximize brand equity
� Demonstrate financial acumen
� Develop an effective KPI strategy for the business
� Supervise others in their use of data collection, analysis, and reporting tools
� Lead a team of professionals: develop employees, which includes hiring, communicating company policies, coaching and counseling, administering performance appraisals, and enforcing company policies through appropriate disciplinary measures
� Promote an environment that fosters personal growth and development
� Hold team accountable to deliver high quality results with passion, energy, and drive to meet business priorities
� Collaborate and influence others on cross-functional teams, advancing partnerships to achieve business objectives
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
� Bachelor’s degree required
� 8+ years of work experience required
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):
� MBA preferred
� 7+ years medical device or marketing/sales experience preferred
� 2+ years of people management experience preferred
� Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
� Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
� Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
� Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
� Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
� Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
