Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC) is an organization within Global Risk & Compliance (GRC) and is responsible for leading the enterprise-wide Anti-Money Laundering, Sanctions, and Anti-Corruption compliance functions. This team has global responsibility for identifying, investigating, and reporting suspicious activity, including money laundering and terrorist financing, and provides broad analytical and operational support for the company’s enterprise-wide GFCC control framework.

This Manager Assistant position will report to the Chief of Staff to the Head of Global Financial Crimes Compliance. The Manager Assistant will be part of the GFCC Executive Office and will play a critical role in driving operational effectiveness across the organization.Ìý This role will support the management and oversight of critical business processes while implementing effective structures to support organizational growth. The role will involve supporting staffing and workforce planning, leading internal communications, managing budget activities, maintaining centralized documentation repositories, contributing to performance management efforts, and promoting consistency in program standards across the organization.The incumbent’s key responsibilities will include:
- Support staffing processes, including role management, the development and maintenance of a centralized repository for resources accessible to the entire team, and staffing needs assessments
- Partner with the Chief of Staff to manage the annual budgeting process.
- Draft and edit team-wide and leadership-level communications and support maintenance of communications processes, including managing shared inboxes
- Support planning and logistics for leadership meetings, GFCC town halls, and offsites.
- Help implement and reinforce program standards, templates, and processes across GFCC to ensure consistency and operational alignment.
- Closely work with the GRC and other executive offices on strategic and organizational initiatives
- Liaise and build strong partnerships with business leaders, colleague team members, external contacts, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment, and execution of the team’s overall priorities
- Interact effectively with employees at all levels in the organization to strengthen team culture, continuously improve the work environment, and identify and resolve issues
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in business management, compliance, financial services, or project/program management
- Experience supporting executive leaders or Chief of Staff functions in a complex or global environment
- Familiarity with collaborative tools (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, etc.) and demonstrated ability to maintain structured documentation, repositories, or knowledge centers
- Demonstrated ability to drive program consistency through implementation of standards and best practice
- Superior organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
- Exceptional professional communication skills � clear, logical, structured, outcome oriented
- Impeccable integrity required for handling confidential information
- Rigorous and analytical approach to problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritization
- Extensive project management experience and proven ability to take strong initiative and ownership of processes, driving tasks, to completion with minimal oversight
- Ability to work autonomously and on multiple projects simultaneously
- Intellectual curiosity and learning agility needed to explore and evaluate new ideas, business strategy, and evolving legal and regulatory compliance requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Sound understanding or relevant experience in regulatory field or compliance
Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
