About the Team
Zoom鈥檚 Global Revenue Operations team empowers our Go-To-Market teams with tools, skills, and insights to drive growth. The Sales Acceleration function focuses on sales manager excellence, onboarding, and enablement鈥攆ostering a high-performing, learning-driven culture in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Leading global strategy for developing and onboarding revenue leaders across AE, Sales Engineering, CS, and Renewal roles.
Developing a comprehensive Revenue Leader Pathway, including leadership training focused on communication, motivation, strategic thinking, and sales performance management.
Designing and executing immersive onboarding that aligns new leaders with Zoom鈥檚 culture, values, and processes, reducing ramp time and boosting satisfaction.
Establishing a competency framework to identify and address skill gaps, supporting continuous growth and capability building across all Revenue Organization leadership roles.
Collaborating with the Value Selling COE to scale the Zoom Way of Selling and deliver training in account management and value-based selling.
Partnering with the Value Selling COE to scale the Zoom Way of Selling and deliver impactful training in account management and value-based selling.
Creating engaging learning experiences and integrating AI-driven tools to support personalized training, real-time coaching, sales call analysis, and productivity enhancement through automation.
What we鈥檙e looking for
Have extensive experience (6+) in sales leadership with success in coaching high-performing teams,
Have solid experience (3+) in enablement or sales-related roles and people management experience.
Have established experience (4+) in talent management, including developing onboarding or leader enablement programs, with a passion for employee experience and growth culture.
Have the ability to design and deliver impactful training for sales leaders, including sales manager playbooks and reinforcement beyond traditional methods.
Have robust experience in value selling methodologies like MEDDPICC or other consultative approaches, with a deep understanding of onboarding, sales process, and leadership coaching.
Have interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across diverse teams and levels.
Be fluent in sales and enablement tech including CRM (Salesforce), Seismic, CMS, LMS, ROI/TCO tools, and platforms supporting forecasting, pipeline management, and analytics.

$276听700,00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; 聽there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
