The primary objective of the Supervisor, Administrative Operations, is to support the execution, maintenance, and optimization of the enterprise-wide alignment and assignment process.Ìý This role is a central position, directly managing the Field Operations Assistants (FOAs).Ìý The Supervisor position has the responsibility of being the subject matter expert (SME) and primary point of contact for internal and field teams, Field Tools, and external vendors.Ìý This role will play a pivotal role building and maintaining strong partnerships with cross-functional organizations.ÌýÌý
Responsibilities
- Continuously develop knowledge of field-related processes across the Field Operations Analyst team to ensure an agile and proactive approach to field support.
- Maintenance of personnel information (Roster)
- Onboarding and Maintenance Field Sales Employees (Contract and AbbVie employees)
- Maintenance of field alignment files, including sales force structure and hierarchy as built in Javelin
- Conduct ad hoc data pulls and analytics as needed to support key initiatives
- Know the business and cross-functional contributions needed to deliver results
- BA/BS requiredÌý
- Experience leading a team preferred
- Pharmaceutical Experience optional
- Proficient with a variety of MS Programs including, but not limited to Excel, Smartsheet, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Ìý Additional experience with roster and territory management software preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates excellent project management skills
- Demonstrates ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal/ external colleagues and stakeholders to enable higher performanceÌý
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
- Proactively troubleshoot and able to think outside the box to come up with unique solutions or processes improvements
