The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle.
The Affiliate channel sits on the Demand Generation team, within USCM, as part of the paid Center of Excellence, which includes Paid Media and Paid Search, with a mission to drive intent & conversion of qualified applicants in the competitive digital landscape. Affiliate is a dynamic, complex, and nuanced channel that plays an important and strategic role across USCM as a top growth lever.
The Senior Manager will play a critical role in developing and implementing the strategy, planning and tracking of Affiliate Marketing � one of the largest channels in offsite digital.

The successful candidate will bring a highly analytical, creative and flexible growth mindset to the role, while being extremely organized, proactive and tenacious, and must have the demonstrated ability in influencing, collaboration, and strong leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Nurture relationships with our top strategic affiliate partnerships through influence and negotiation abilities to efficiently enhance and deliver value
- Define marketing strategies and execute deliverables through internal & external processes
- Analyze levers to influence affiliates including pricing, positioning and merchandising
- Oversee forecast and bounty strategy for the partner portfolio to deliver investment efficiency while supporting strategic demand generation
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Go To Market, Analytics, Technologies, Legal and Compliance
- Operate with a compliance-first mindset, proactively identifying risk and driving strategic solutions
- Lead 1 high performing direct report
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with digital marketing and/or partnership experience; prior people leadership experience preferred
- Strong partnership management skills required with proven track record to influence & negotiate
- Demonstrated cross-functional collaborator, with consistent record to mobilize, prioritize and influence across internal & external partners
- Critical thinker that is highly analytical and has strong attention to detail, with the ability understand and strategically distill data into digestible insights, recommendations and commentary
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal, in a highly-visible environment and with ability to tell a story leveraging qualitative and quantitative evidence
- Strategic and creative problem solver with a passion for challenging the status quo with a positive “roll-up your sleeves� attitude
- Works well under pressure, energetic, flexible, self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to balance multiple priorities with tight deadlines
Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
