Sage Customer Success AssociateÌý

As a Customer Success Associate, you will play a key role driving revenue focused on legacy products with the selling, marketing and promotion of Stryker Sage to nurses, clinicians, and appropriate hospital staff.â€� In addition, this role will work closely with the Sales team in the region to help organically grow our business, in-service, and educate the clinical teams in our current customer base.ÌýAdditionally, you may assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions and clinical meetings.ÌýThis position serves as an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and advance into a more senior sales role within Stryker.

What you will doÌý

• Drive focus and targeted organic growth and accretive operating margin performance across targeted legacy products.Ìý
• Educate and inform Healthcare Professionals regarding the proper use of products including product functionality, changes to the product portfolio and educational programs.Ìý
• Meet targeted objectives within an assigned geography.Ìý
• Follow extensive product training, to be able to tailor promotional messages based upon knowledge of the customer, advise on appropriate product selection, answer customer questions about product functionality and distinguish Sage’s products from competitors.ÌýÌý
• Assist in hospital surveys andÌýpost-sale implementation and training including ensuring customer adoption and satisfaction.Ìý
• Keep Sales Leaders and Sales Representatives informed of territory and project progress regularly.Ìý
• Understand and adhere to all facility protocols and pertinent Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines when conducting product evaluation.Ìý
• Adhere rigidly to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) policies and procedures as stipulated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other governing bodies. Ì�

What you needÌý

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree.Ìý
• 0-2 years professional experience.ÌýÌý
• Must possess valid driver license in the state of residence and a good driving record.Ìý

Preferred:

• Excellent time management, project management, experience with reports and budget, and customer service skills.Ìý
