Visa’s Talent Acquisition team is looking for an ambitious and motivated individual to join as a JuniorÌýTalent Acquisition Partner. This is a developmental role, ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow within a global recruitment team.
You’ll work closely with experienced Talent Acquisition Partners, supporting the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of business functions in Europe. If you’re passionate about people, highly organized, and ready to build a career in recruitment, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain end-to-end exposure and develop your skills in a fast-paced, global environment.
What we expect of you, day to day.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring teams to support recruitment processes and provide a high-quality experience to all stakeholders.
- Assist with sourcing, screening coordination, and candidate communication.
- Help track and analyze talent pool data and recruitment metrics to generate insights.
- Support initiatives such as employee referral programs and employer branding activities.
- Champion diversity and inclusion by helping ensure fair and inclusive hiring practices.
- Stay informed on market trends and talent acquisition best practices using Visa’s tools and resources.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience through attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong communication.
This is a hybrid position.ÌýHybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 3 set days a week.
Qualifications
- Some exposure to in-house or agency recruitment is preferred, but not required.
- Strong interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, or other sourcing tools is a plus.
