POSITION SUMMARY 听

Financial Planning Analysts provide exceptional service to our clients and support Financial Advisor(s)听
(FAs)/ Private Wealth Advisor(s) (PWAs)/ teams on a daily basis. 听As key members of the service team,听the Financial Planning Analyst position offers a unique opportunity to assist Financial Advisors (FA) /听Private Wealth Advisors (PWA)/teams with the use of firm-approved financial planning systems and听
engaging with clients. 听

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:听
鈥� Cultivating relationships with business partners and colleagues, including Financial Planning听Directors and other specialists听
鈥� Supporting the FA/PWA/team in enhancing new and existing client relationships through an听exceptional client experience听
鈥� In conjunction with the FA/PWA/team, participate in existing client and/or prospective client听meetings to review financial plans, representing the service lens听
鈥� Utilize the Firm鈥檚 financial planning tools and work with FAs/PWAs/teams to enhance client听relationships and generate financial plans听
鈥� Help build and establish a repeatable and scalable planning process for FAs/PWAs/team as a part of听their book of business听
鈥� At the request of FA/PWA/team, participating in existing client and/or prospective client meetings听to review financial plans, representing the service lens听
鈥� Providing guidance and support to peers within the market, assisting with financial planning support听in an administrative capacity (e.g., tool usage) as needed 听
鈥� Remaining current on all policies, procedures and new platforms 听
鈥� Participating in firm initiatives (e.g., training or education programs), special projects and/or other听duties directed by local management 鈥� particularly those relating to financial planning

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, and SKILLS:听
Education and/or Experience听
鈥� 5+ years of work experience in a field relevant to the position required听
鈥� 4-year college degree or professional certification preferred听
鈥� Active Series 7 (GS), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) required听
鈥� Complete and maintain internal Financial Planning Specialist designation requirements听
鈥� Willingness to obtain Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Certified Private Wealth Advisor听(CPWA) designation听

Knowledge/Skills听
鈥� Knowledge of financial planning听
