POSITION SUMMARY Ìý
Financial Planning Analysts provide exceptional service to our clients and support Financial Advisor(s)Ìý
(FAs)/ Private Wealth Advisor(s) (PWAs)/ teams on a daily basis. ÌýAs key members of the service team,Ìýthe Financial Planning Analyst position offers a unique opportunity to assist Financial Advisors (FA) /ÌýPrivate Wealth Advisors (PWA)/teams with the use of firm-approved financial planning systems andÌý
engaging with clients. Ìý
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:Ìý
â€� Cultivating relationships with business partners and colleagues, including Financial PlanningÌýDirectors and other specialistsÌý
â€� Supporting the FA/PWA/team in enhancing new and existing client relationships through anÌýexceptional client experienceÌý
â€� In conjunction with the FA/PWA/team, participate in existing client and/or prospective clientÌýmeetings to review financial plans, representing the service lensÌý
â€� Utilize the Firm’s financial planning tools and work with FAs/PWAs/teams to enhance clientÌýrelationships and generate financial plansÌý
â€� Help build and establish a repeatable and scalable planning process for FAs/PWAs/team as a part ofÌýtheir book of businessÌý
â€� At the request of FA/PWA/team, participating in existing client and/or prospective client meetingsÌýto review financial plans, representing the service lensÌý
â€� Providing guidance and support to peers within the market, assisting with financial planning supportÌýin an administrative capacity (e.g., tool usage) as needed Ìý
â€� Remaining current on all policies, procedures and new platforms Ìý
â€� Participating in firm initiatives (e.g., training or education programs), special projects and/or otherÌýduties directed by local management â€� particularly those relating to financial planning

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, and SKILLS:Ìý
Education and/or ExperienceÌý
â€� 5+ years of work experience in a field relevant to the position requiredÌý
â€� 4-year college degree or professional certification preferredÌý
â€� Active Series 7 (GS), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) requiredÌý
â€� Complete and maintain internal Financial Planning Specialist designation requirementsÌý
â€� Willingness to obtain Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Certified Private Wealth AdvisorÌý(CPWA) designationÌý
Knowledge/SkillsÌý
â€� Knowledge of financial planningÌý
