We simplify, streamline, and automate controls鈥攕trengthening our ability to prevent issues.听听
Control Automation Team automates manual controls through data driven capabilities using industry standard tools & techniques in collaboration with Business, Internal Audit, Internal Citi Risk and Control and Technology. This team work with business for audit, by Identifying cases on control gaps, policy breaches and providing data evidence for audit completion.听

Analytical Skills 听
End-End Automation, Data analysis & Data Quality听
Generate actionable Business Insights听
Coming up with automated Techniques to remove manual touch points听

Tools and Platforms 听
Basic- Intermediate in SAS, SQL, Tableau, Appian, Xceptor, Mainframes听
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and JIRA/Confluence听听
听
Nice to have 鈥� Experience one of the below technologies.听
SAS on Mainframe听
Workflow management tools like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket etc.听

Domain Skills听
Good understanding of听
Banking Products (Wealth, Cards, Deposit, Loans & Insurance etc.)听

Basic Qualifications听

(Preferred) Postgraduate in 鈥� Masters in computers听
0-3 years of experience in Development/Production Support 鈥� identifying production failures and fixing issues towards resolution involving codes in SAS & SQL environment听听
