The Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.

• Responsibilities: •ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌ� Own and be responsible for end-to-end development of the projects/ programs assigned •ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌ� Deliver high-quality software programs adhering to standards and be involved in design reviews, program specifications review •ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌ� Collaborate with stakeholders and work closely with various technology groups & vendor organizations to be able to drive a standard framework for development processes •ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌ� Deliver state-of-the-art solutions using new stack development using Agile/ DevOps/ Micro services/ Docker/ Java8/ while keeping the show on the road for legacy technology stack •ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌ� Regularly interact with business and operations partners globally. •ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌ� Ensure the right team structure and organization is put in place for the new development unit ; Excellent track record in Team management (1-2 squads with each squad having 7-10 people) and interaction with vendors / staff •ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌ� Work across multiple development teams - offshore / onshore / Vendor teams and track project deliverables closely •ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌ� Partner and work closely with cross functional teams for brainstorming on best solution •ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌ� Be a lead from the front, get down and work with team and understand the problem and bring to a resolution •ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌ� Strong commitment to quality and efficiency Qualifications: •ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌ� Btech, BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent •ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌ� Person with 6-10 years of experience, working in similar roles across banking or services technology Technical / Functional Proficiency: •ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌ� Strong Technical background in JAVA / J2EE, Micro services applications; DevOps; Agile is critical for success in role •ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌ� At senior leadership level, person should get to a closer view of problems and interaction with the teams •ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌ� Experience in J2EE technologies such as JDK 1.8, Spring Framework, Tibco BW Should have hands-on development experience on Java & modernization technologies •ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌ� Experience with Equities products development is a strong plus •ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌ� Good Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOPS •ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌ� Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills •ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌ� Proven experience managing staff and function transition between locations and time-zone preferred •ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌ� Strong stakeholders management experience •ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌ� Able to participate in architecture reviews, provide feedback and solutions •ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌ� Technology Migration project exposure is a strong plus •ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌ� Experience with Agile methodology •ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌ� Good exposure in overall quality implementation to deliver product fit for purpose using BDD/ JUnit/ Sonar/ Functional Automation •ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌ� Proven experience in handling multiple teams and project management. Leadership Skills: •ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌ� Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task •ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌ� Demonstrated sense of responsibility and capability to deliver quickly •ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌ� Excellent communication skills -- clearly articulating and documenting technical and functional specifications is a key requirement. •ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌ� Proactive problem-solving •ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌ� Relationship builder and very good team player •ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌ� Negotiation, difficult conversation management and prioritization skills •ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌ� Flexibility to handle multiple complex projects and changing priorities •ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌ� Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills •ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌ� Good analytical and business skills •ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌ� Promotes teamwork and builds strong relationships within and across global teams •ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌ� Promotes continuous process improvement especially in code quality, testability & reliability •ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌ� Partnership and networking skills are essential
