How will you make an impact in this role?
As a key member of the New Customer Acquisition Team, the Senior Manager, Performance Marketing will be responsible for the success of our Search and Paid Media channels, with a focus on maintaining profitable acquisition across our Consumer and Commercial product suite.
Collaborating with a wide group of stakeholders across local and central acquisition teams in addition to key agency and platform partners, the successful candidate will lean on their subject matter expertise, relationship-building skills, and comfort with analytics to push innovation and power growth. This role will manage a significant budget with a continued mandate to ensure efficiency while growing and evolving these channels to drive results.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- People Leadership
- Lead a talented team, with a focus on driving results, colleague development and team engagement.
- Search
- Define and execute a multi-year Search roadmap with a lean for innovation.
- Lead the strategy and execution of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Provide strategic guidance and channel expertise while managing continuous keyword and ad optimization in support of ongoing acquisition campaigns.
- Paid Media
- Lead the strategy and execution of Paid Media campaigns across multiple platforms and subchannels including social, display and programmatic.
- Provide strategic guidance and channel expertise while managing continuous ad content creation and optimization in support of ongoing acquisition campaigns.
- Define and execute a multi-year Media roadmap that focuses on unlocking new subchannels and tactics while embracing a test and learn mindset.
- Relationship Management
- Lead and develop a high performing team by managing, coaching and inspiring the development of direct reports.Â
- Develop strong relationships across the Acquisition Team, central stakeholders and critical partners to drive media and search strategy.
- Analytical Focus
- Develop and leverage analytical insights to continually optimize our performance marketing channels while identifying opportunities for long-term growth.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Marketing expertise with a passion for innovation and staying on top of technological trends.
- Previous experience with paid media and/or search is strongly valued.
- Excellent relationship-building, collaboration and communication skills across a diverse group of internal and external partners.Â
- Proven ability to drive results through a variety of stakeholders across functions to deliver on collective objectives.
- Ability to thrive in a matrixed environment and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Cooperative vision that puts the success of the organization first and is willing to help others achieve their goals.
- Highly analytical mindset and a track record of leveraging data to make decisions, drive change and find continual improvement.
