The Business Solution Specialist is a customer facing and field-based role that has the mission to create new opportunities and transform our go to market model, develop value-added solutions and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to provide these solutions to Stryker's customers.

This role will take a strategic view of the external health landscape, contributing to market access strategy and collaboratively develop business solutions to deliver profitable sustainable revenue growth within the JR division, reducing complexity and enhancing customer experience.

Key Activities and Accountabilities:

Maintenance and development of existing Quality Contracts JRXQ

  • Regular communication and communication ownership to support with key stakeholders of JRXQ accounts:
    - C-Level, Head of Departments and Controlling functions in hospitaL
    - Insurances which are involved in JRXQ
    - Patient App 3rd party provider

  • Ownership for internal and external reporting of JRXQ KPIs

  • Performance tracking for clinical and economic outcomes

Development of Selective Contracts for ambulatory JR surgeries

  • Concept development & collaboration with Market Access for ambulatory surgery contracts with insurances â€� access Mako ambulatory market

  • Creation of marketing & selling guides for new selective contracts

Mako Evidence Data GSA

  • Ownership and maintenance of Mako Volume Development Analysis

  • Creation of Mako Surgery Times Analysis

  • Creation of Mako Value Dashboards

  • Creation of selling guides for newly created Mako evidence

Market Segmentation GSA

  • Track current JR performance in GSA based on quality reports and registry data

  • Maintenance and regular updates of JR GSA segmentation PowerBI dashboard

  • Adjust dashboards based on effects of hospital reform in Germany

Project Management

  • Project Management, milestone planning and tracking

  • Lead and coordination of internal and external cross-functional stakeholder teams

  • Preparation and execution of management dialogues with partners

  • Support business reviews and influence Mako strategy
