Sports Medicine:
Key Activities & Responsibilities Ìý
- Author and leverage marketing team to create key strategy documents: strategic plan, annual marketing plan (AMP), product launch plans empowering sales force with tools and training, tracking the product launch performance through KPIS, etc.
- Surface new or unexpressed customer needs, leading to product/program improvements
- KOL Management, maintaining continuous engagement with local and national KOLs, managing contracts, renewals and compliance deadlines as invoice tracking.
- Coordinate Tradeshows and Medical Education activities with event organizers and internal teams, managing event calendar, samples and inventory, analyzing event performance and leads as event follow up, ensuring alignment with our key brands.
- Organize and coordinate internal meetings, ensure clear agendas and venues and payments process.
- Support Sales enablement EU team with EU and local initiatives, managing translations of materials and delivering with PS and RFT support.
- Communication focus as newsletter creation, social media and campaign efforts ensuring all Mk alignment.
- Adhere to organizational protocols, practices and procedures for gathering competitive information
- Drive segmentation and targeting methods to improve commercial efficiency
- Develop pricing approach consistent with the marketing strategy and brand positioning
- Accurately forecast resource needs
- Establish metrics and goals/success criteria and milestones
- Demonstrate financial acumen. Mk discretionary control alignment with finance and event team, providing support in monthly reviews promoting financial discipline and accountability.
- Hold self and others accountable to deliver high quality results with passion, energy, and drive to meet business priorities
- Develop and inspire others
- Collaborate and influence others on cross-functional teams, advancing partnerships to achieve business objectives
- Develop key relationships with industry/market thought leaders, KOLs, organizations, and institutions, in collaboration with other marketing leaders

Requirements of the role:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering, Administration, Sales or Marketing or related experience/training in a medical, scientific, technical field
- Native or C2 level of Spanish with fluent level of English (C1)
- 4+ years of work experience in the healthcare industry
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing or in the Medical Devices sector
- Experience in the operating room and working with hospital stakeholders (Surgeons, KOL, Nurses, Technical Services, Procurement)
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):
- MBA preferred
- A mix of Sales and Marketing experience will be ideal
- Strong organizational and communications skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, adaptable and results driven
- Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
- Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
- Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Territory and Travel:
- Territory: Iberia
- Travel Percentage: 50%
- Base Location: Any well-connected city of Spain. Ideally Madrid
- Role type: Hybrid (50% travel � 50% remote)
- Operating Room: 10%
