Summary Objective
- The Systems Analyst II role leads the administration, enhancement and support of key enterprise and business applications and leads/contributes to complex system projects that involve multiple stakeholders, systems, and delivers solutions that meet business objectives in alignment with the strategic vision and objectives of the organization.
- Serve as a Lead Admin for one or more enterprise/business systems; responsible for managing system support, enhancement & optimization, SLAs, routine maintenance, and vendor software updates
- Manage system support, troubleshoot and resolve system issues for users at all levels within the company
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to resolve defects and maintain system hygiene
- Translate business and functional requirements into highly specified system & technical design, system architecture diagrams, and system configuration documents
- Lead the development, design, testing and implementation of business system setups, configurations, security, and enhancements to meet evolving business needs
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures to sustain knowledge sharing, user training, managed support, and operational excellence
- Collaborate within IT and with third-party vendors to design, implement and manage integrations between systems
- Lead project activities to comply with IT risk compliance and change management policies to ensure system configurations and data handling comply with relevant SoX, GxP, data privacy and security regulations
- Manage relationships with external service providers and consultants
- Track and monitor all service requests, enhancement requests and project requests in appropriate systems (e.g., JIRA)
- Lead system implementation & cutover planning including technical estimation, data conversion, system integration, system testing, quality assurance, hyper care & managed support, and overall system cutover and change management
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of systems
- Analyze industry, technology, and market trends to determine their potential impact on the enterprise systems.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities �
- Proficiency in COTS and SaaS application configuration & administration, systems analysis, data analysis, reporting tools, and system integration platforms
- Knowledge of working with GxP systems
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology and system change management frameworks
- Ability to perform upstream and downstream gap/impact analysis in support of system design and business process definition
- Ability to translate business requirements into written technical specifications. Ability to create technical design documentation
- Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving and system troubleshooting skills
- Ability to thrive in a demanding, dynamic, change-oriented, fast paced environment requiring a high degree of deadline-driven productivity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with business users, vendors, and IT cross-functional teams
- Ability to be a team player and collaborate with both technical and functional resources to achieve project and business objectives
- Demonstrated learning agility to thoroughly understand emerging technologies, business processes and business applications
- Proficiency in productivity tools (Office 365 preferred), project management tools, such as MS Project, Smartsheet or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering or related field or equivalent years of experience
- Implementation and integration experience with COTS, SaaS and custom-built systems
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and Quality Management Systems (QMS), supporting Manufacturing, Quality and R&D functions
- Minimum 2 years of working with Propel, Salesforce or other Salesforce based applications as an administrator
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with GxP systems
- Proficient in using productivity (Office 365 preferred), project management tools, such as MS Project, Smartsheet or equivalent
- Awareness of regulatory, security, legal, and ethical implications of IT solutions
Education/Experience Preferred
- Knowledge of industry standard enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, QMS, Service Management etc.), and related integrations
- Salesforce certification preferred
- Medical device or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
- Experience working with controlled systems (SOX, GxP etc.) preferred
- Familiarity with data privacy & security regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) preferred
- Extended periods of computer usage
- Extended periods of sitting, standing, and speaking
