As a Senior Sourcing Recruiter, you’ll partner closely with the business to proactively identify, engage, and assess top passive talent across Finance, Accounting, and Legal roles in the U.S. Collaborating with Recruiters and Hiring Managers, you’ll provide a comprehensive view of the candidate market and build strong pipelines through strategic outbound efforts. You Will Get To:
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract top-tier passive candidates.
Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand talent needs and build effective sourcing strategies.
Deliver strategic recommendations to hiring managers based on talent availability.
Apply talent intelligence to analyze market trends and competitor activity, delivering data-driven insights.
Effectively align a candidate's motivations with Zillow’s value proposition, role details, and expectations.
Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to enhance candidate experience and streamline recruitment processes.
Provide mentorship and guidance to teammates - elevating those around you by teaching what you know.
Who you are
Proven experience as a Sourcing Recruiter, preferably working on non-technical roles, with a strong track record of identifying and attracting passive talent.
Deep knowledge of Finance, Legal and Accounting talent profiles.Ìý
Proficient in utilizing various sourcing tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, social networks, and candidate databases.Ìý
Familiarity with AI tools to enhance sourcing efforts.Ìý
Excellent command of data and analytics and shown success in data-driven organizations; proficient in using data to guide decisions and change
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and build long-term relationships.Ìý
Ability to partner with various clients, including senior-level business leaders and top-tier professional candidates within the engineering organization.
Understand the process of attracting and retaining the brightest minds from all backgrounds while cultivating the power of a diverse organization.
Ability to balance the role of strategic sourcing advisor with urgency while simultaneously managing and delivering results in a growing and fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of technical sourcing and technical recruiting experience within a fast-paced organization.
