Role Profile:Ìý
We are seeking a dynamic Communications Specialist to join our Workforce Technology & Services (WTS) team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about crafting clear and engaging content that drives awareness, adoption, and understanding of the Firm’s enterprise technology initiatives. You will work closely with technology product owners and key stakeholders to communicate desktop and mobile end user impacting changes to employees.
You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment. Your innovation, organization, and self-motivation with a keen interest in driving strategic messages that are clear, concise, and actionable for a global audience will ensure your success with the team.
What you’ll do in the role:
Translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly content that supports product adoption
Schedule and lead project kick-off calls to assess communication requests
Work with team and key internal stakeholders to develop communications and content design strategiesÌý
Work with key stakeholders to obtain communication requirements (e.g., support documentation, key dates, distribution lists)
Develop wireframes and content to promote adoption of various technology products
Handle initial drafts of communication and approval process
Manage communication calendar
Adhere to the Firm’s writing style guide, ensuring that we produce high-quality and error-free content
Facilitate the distribution and reporting of end user communication
What you’ll bring to the role:
A minimum of 3 years� experience in communications field.
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, advertising, public relations or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $50,000and $60,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses,
