Responsibilities:
â€� Ìý ÌýThis role is exclusively part of the Business Development Technical Teams within the North America Regions.Ìý
â€� Ìý ÌýUnder broad direction, provides technology leadership in support of engineering and sales activities.Ìý
â€� Ìý ÌýThe profitability of Halliburton and the assigned client base is maximized through technology, field studies, cross-PSL applications, integrated solutions, reservoir simulations, and superior sales abilities.Ìý
â€� Ìý ÌýDecisions and recommendations are recognized as authoritative and have a far reaching impact on engineering, sales, and related company activities.Ìý
â€� Ìý ÌýResponsible for developing and maintaining profitable relationships with both existing clients and potential customers.Ìý
â€� Ìý ÌýUnderstands and promotes HES's quality directives. Possesses broad understanding of business aspects and associated technology of the product service lines.Ìý
â€� Ìý ÌýManages performance and salaries of staff by hiring, conducting performance appraisals, coaching and mentoring for career and skills development, and arranging training.Ìý

Qualifications:
â€� Ìý ÌýSkills are typically acquired through an undergraduate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Material Science, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent degree, and minimum of 13 years of experience in Product Service Line (PSL) field operations, Business Development, or Engineering which includes management experience. Ìý
â€� Ìý ÌýIncumbents at this level will usually hold a certification as a Licensed/Chartered Professional Engineer. Ìý
â€� Ìý ÌýMust be exceptionally astute about oil and gas technology, should be current on the complete portforlio of Halliburton technologies.Ìý
â€� Ìý ÌýShould be a good personal relationship builder, communicator and motivator with an open mind and optimistic outlook.Ìý
â€� Ìý ÌýReasonable knowledge of common and local industry contracting standards, financial planning and analysis skills.

Candidates with qualifications exceeding the minimum job requirements will be considered for higher-level positions based on their experience, additional job requirements, and current business needs. Depending on their education, experience, and skill level, candidates may be eligible for a range of job opportunities, including positions ranging from Technical Business Development Manager to Technical Business Development Sr. Manager.Ìý
