The Travel and Expense Clerk will be responsible for activities related to the auditing and processing of employee expenses and the administration of the AmEx and Pcard program in Stryker鈥檚 Costa Rica Business Center.聽

• Process employee expense reports accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with the Global Travel & Expense policy.

• Audit employee expense reports and corporate card statements to verify proper usage and alignment with internal policies and SOX controls.

• Manage daily corporate card administration tasks, including issuing and closing cards, processing temporary credit increases, and responding to cardholder inquiries.

• Support users by resolving corporate card reconciliation issues and providing clear guidance on T&E policies.

• Stay current on updates and enhancements to card provider systems to ensure efficient and compliant operations.

• Respond to inquiries and follow up on ServiceNow tickets, calls, and emails related to Concur, Amex, and other T&E systems for UCAN and LATAM.

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on corporate card usage and expense systems, including Amex and Concur.

• Assist with additional tasks assigned by management to support the Accounts Payable Operations team.

Required

• Technical High School diploma or current university student in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in finance or customer service, preferably in a matrixed international company with exposure to complex reporting practices and multiple reporting systems

• English proficiency 鈥� B2 level or higher (spoken and written)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Preferred

• Experience using Concur Expense, American Express, Citibank platforms, and ServiceNow

• Familiarity with Workday and SAP systems

• Portuguese language skills
