We are seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join our manufacturing site in Clonshaugh. The role involves managing the forecasting, planning, and scheduling of manufacturing production to meet S&OP demand while ensuring timely and continuous supply of quality materials. The Planner will also contribute to support product introductions and Pharm Tech activities. The role requires collaboration within a team environment and reports to the planning manager.Â

Review demand forecasts and develop strategies to resolve gaps.Â
Schedule production of goods to meet operating plan objectives.Â
Manage procurement schedules and inventories via SAP.Â
Ensure timely delivery of components and materials.Â
Collaborate across production teams to meet goals.Â
Maintain accountability for planning team metrics.Â
Ensure data reports are accurate and distributed on time.Â
Manage expiration-sensitive materials and supply chain metrics.Â
Issue reports and updates to management on KPIs.Â
Support established processes and productivity targets.Â
Seek continuous process improvement and innovation.Â
Bachelor's degree in science, business, supply chain, or relevant technical discipline preferred.Â
3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing/distribution.Â
Experience in manufacturing planning concepts and creating forecast models.Â
Metric management experience.Â
Familiarity with manufacturing practices like OPEX.Â
