We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to help scale our system operations and compliance processes as well as lead technical projects to improve the productivity and day to day of our teams and meet business outcomes.Ìý
As a Technical Project Manager you will report to the Director of Discovery, Solutioning and Operations, managing key cross-org projects.Ìý You will help guide deliverables through the execution process with different teams across Allergan Aesthetics and Abbvie and provide status to key stakeholders across the business on critical technical initiatives.
Role Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including task assignment and dependencies.
- Execute projects according to established plans, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate and actively participate in product & technical discussions as required.

- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure their needs are met through effective solutioning and tools development.
- Compliance
- Establish and maintain user governance processes, including user access management, permissions, and data security protocols.
- Build a compliance Center of Excellence and develop training programs and materials to educate users on the functionality and best practices.
- Act as a Liaison between the corporate governance and compliance teams and our tech teams for audit findings and other related issues.
- Collaborate with our operations team to manage third party application compliance and risk issues
- Tool Administration
- Assist in administering our Atlassian & Airtable instances for the broader org.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing technical projects from initiation to closure.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Able to think creatively to build unique technology solutions to address business needs
- Able to drive customer projects, manage timelines and personal workload
- Able to lead in-person/virtual training sessions with cross-functional team members
- Identify cross functional needs and create solutions to help align teams and work
- A track record of planning, executing, and delivering results for complex and cross-functional projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
- Past experience in Jira and Confluence administration.
- Strong technical acumen.
- Familiarity with SOX and other regulatory and compliance needs
