Service Supervisor

We are looking for a talented PG Service Supervisor to join our team specializing in service for our Cummins鈥� business in Manassas, VA.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Supervision and Coordination:听Oversee Service Technicians and Service Team Leaders, ensuring efficient scheduling and communication of repair plans aligned with customer quotes.

Coaching and Development:听Provide coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to Service Technicians and Team Leaders, fostering their professional growth.

Technical Support:听Offer first-level support to Service Technicians, escalating technical issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.

Service Logistics Management:听Manage the use of materials, equipment, and personnel to ensure safety, quality, and efficient operations.

Accurate Quoting:听Develop and review quotes for accuracy, keeping customers informed about repair status and any changes to plans or schedules.

Continuous Improvement:听Participate in continuous improvement activities, adapting processes to meet evolving customer expectations and organizational goals.

Repair Monitoring:听Track the status of open repairs, addressing any issues that could impact the timely completion of repair plans.

Customer Satisfaction:听Monitor branch goals and targets, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, resolve warranty concerns, and build strong relationships through professional communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

Financial Acumen:听Understand and interpret key financial indicators to make informed business decisions that enhance operational efficiency and profitability.

Effective Communication:听Develop and deliver clear, multi-mode communications tailored to the unique needs of different audiences, ensuring everyone is on the same page.

Customer Focus:听Build strong relationships with customers and deliver solutions that meet their needs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Leadership and Accountability:听Provide clear direction, delegate tasks effectively, remove obstacles, and hold yourself and others accountable to meet commitments and achieve goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience:

College, university, or equivalent degree in a relevant discipline or relevant experience equivalent required.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Intermediate level of relevant work experience in a technical field, including team leadership experience, required.

Additional Details:

Business hours are Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
