The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Responsibilities

The Cross platform Data Foundation Technology team is seeking an experienced technologist to design and to implement projects and work efforts within the Prime Finance/Futures business. The role requires liaising with other technologists globally to exchange information in a concise, logical, and understandable way. The successful candidate must be able to manage overall delivery whilst adopting an agile methodology and managing project timelines, risks.

路 Hands on coding of front-end web page, back-end service, DB Stored Procedure/Trigger development, including new features and maintenance

路 Deliver high quality work in time. Consistently meets requirements and standards, plans and prioritizes work well to meet deadlines

路 Involving into or do system/component design & implementation with teammate globally

路 Communicate with Global teams for the requirements and technical details (this may need additional effort to work /adjust different time zone)

路 Takes ownership to resolve difficult issues, even when not clearly within own area of responsibility

路 Mentor junior team members

Industry: Nice to have experience working in Financial Institutions or Prime Services Area

Technology Skills:

路 Language: Java 11/17 with core design fundamentals

路 Framework: Spring Framework 5/6锛孲pring Boot 2/3

路 DB: MS Sql Server, MongoDB (heavy duty data handling)

路 Cache: Redis, Gemfire

路 Messaging: JMS, Kafka, Tibco EMS

路 WEB UI: React, Angular, Webpack, NodeJs

路 Version Control: Git, GitHub, Bit Bucket

路 CI/CD: Jenkins, Team City, Maven, Udeploy

路 Testing Frameworks: JUnit, Mockito

路 Container Technology: Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes

路 Development Methodologies: Agile, SDLC, TDD

路 Project Management: JIRA

Qualifications:

• 8- 12 years of relevant experience
• Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
• Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

Education:

• Bachelor鈥檚 degree/University degree or equivalent experience
