    Position Overview

    Payapps an Autodesk Company was originally founded in Australia. Our team of experts, software innovators and construction specialists have disrupted the industry’s reliance on traditional and inefficient methods for managing progress claims. We are laser-focused on achieving our vision of helping money to flow and make building better. Our team continues to find ways to innovate and promote positive change that helps make construction payments simpler, faster and fairer for all. As a Business Development Representative, you will report into the Head of Sales, ANZ and work in a hybrid, flexible environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct outbound prospecting calls in construction segment to identify potential Payapps customers

    • Meet call targets, conducting a daily number of cold calls to prospects per day

    • Collaborate with teammates across sales, marketing and customer success to grow our business

    • Schedule qualified meetings with prospects for our Product Specialist team

    • Uncover opportunities for Payapps to help improve potential customers' business

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 3+ years of sales experience or construction experience

    • Ability to write and speak professionally while ensuring communication is relatable and engaging

    • History of thriving in an outbound cold call prospecting environment

    • Ability to prioritize effectively, multi-task and remain organised

    • Confidence in managing a pipeline of leads and opportunities

    Ideal Candidate

    • Passion to pursue a career in sales with specific interest in technology

    • Customer-oriented approach, and a genuine curiosity with an investigative mindset

    • Experience with Salesforce/Hubspot or similar CRM

    • High integrity with a can do attitude and desire to be part of a team that wins together
