Job Description
� Establish standardized measurement tools and reporting metrics on productivity, working capital, capex and other operational and supply chain metrics for weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting purposes, driving continuous improvement in our business divisions
� Streamline reporting and analysis of plant performance measurements, building consistency across all manufacturing sites
� Take a leading role in the annual strategic and operating plan processes
� Support and drive strategic investment decisions
� The main responsibility of this position will be to handle and supervise the financial matters of the Supply Chain Department and Operations (manufacturing).
� Partner with Operations team for Preparing, analysing, monitoring and controlling Manufacturing overhead / cost
� Partner with Factory leadership team to drive down the cost and factory performance and asset efficiency and saving initiative
� Design and establish control over Inventory management. Inventory movement analysis & reporting
� Set up, review Bill of Material (BOM) in Oracle for control over material consumption
� Ensure and establish proper accounting of Direct Cost and Manufacturing overhead
� Establish control over factory procurement, scrap management
� Partner with Operations team for monitoring Operations MDIs and Operations Incentive Plans (OIP)
Qualifications
� Educational Qualification: Accounting with Certificate in Professional Accountancy (ACA/ACMA/ ACCA)
� 10-12 years of experience in Finance. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a medium to large size
manufacturing company
� Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to articulate and present complex
concepts in a straightforward manner
� Experience and knowledge of financial systems is an advantage (Hyperion, Oracle)
� Good presentation and interpersonal skills
