Job Description
Provide production support for tier 1 and tier 2 user queries, researching, and resolving Workday unexpected results or process flaws; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
Help maintain data integrity in systems by running and supporting audit activities
Provide support with preparation of data load files. Test data loads pre and post load
Monitor and own system inbox; resolve system admin tasks and notifications
Process security permission request
Perform system maintenance
Support other HR systems with troubleshooting, reporting and maintenance as needed
Qualifications
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday ideally in HR support role
Adaptable to change, be flexible, juggle multiple tasks and priorities. Work effectively with continuous change and still meet deadlines
Ability to communicate from a People functionality perspective and explain technical matters to non-technical stakeholders
Advanced Excel knowledge (e.g. Vlookup, pivot tables, sumifs)
Ability to read business process flow charts
Ability to document and create user guides, process flows to drive system adoption
