The Architecture Senior Analyst is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area.

Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business.

Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information.

Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources.

Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required.

Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Involved in coaching and training of new recruits.

Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization.

Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual

The role of Architecture Senior Analyst is for seasoned professionals with leadership experience.

An Architecture Senior Analyst is expected to have strong communication skills and experience working with senior management negotiating and driving initiatives.

In addition, an Architecture Senior Analyst is expected to use up-to-date knowledge of Architecture paradigms and technology to ensure compliance with Citi Technology roadmaps, risk assessment, and senior management goals.

Responsibilities:

•ÌýÌýÌýGain a mastery of business/commercial awareness of the organization, and works to bring technical solutions for their needs

•ÌýÌ� Translate Business Requirements to technical solutions.

•ÌýÌýÌýTake an active role in the development and support of client solutions.

•ÌýÌýÌýWork with and research the most current technologies for potential solutions and industry trends

•ÌýÌýÌýTrains and mentors junior team members, acting as a formal/informal lead as required

•Ì� ÌýHas direct impact to the architecture area by ensuring the quality of the tasks/services/ information provided by self and others.

•ÌýÌýÌýExhibits sound and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills to exchange complex information.

Qualifications:

•ÌýÌýÌ� 3+ year’s relevant experience working in a large complex global environment

•ÌýÌýÌýExperience working in an agile environment

•ÌýÌýÌýHands on Experience in modern programming Languages (Java, Python, JavaScript)

•ÌýÌýÌýExposure and experience working with Linux, Windows operating systems as a power user

•ÌýÌýÌýExposure to cloud technologies, design, practices

•ÌýÌýHands on experience with Database technologies

•ÌýÌýÌýExposure to reporting tools, data visualization/analysis a plus

•ÌýÌýÌýExperiencing working with global, diverse teams to unify goals and deliverables

•ÌýÌ� Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

•ÌýÌýÌýAbility to develop working relationships, manage multiple activities and changing priorities

•ÌýÌ� Self-starter with ability to take the initiative and master new tasks quickly

•ÌýÌýÌýSelf-driven motivation to learn, master, and implement the latest technologies and paradigms

•ÌýÌýÌýA passion for technology and its application in finance, risk & control business solutions
