We’re looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team � someone who enjoys solving challenges, working collaboratively, and helping keep things running smoothly across the operation.

Responsabilities:

In this role, you’ll coordinate key warehouse activities while working closely with team members and stakeholders across our operation. You’ll help create a safe, organized, and supportive work environment where people can do their best work � and enjoy doing it.

Operational Execution

  • Contribute to daily warehouse tasks and help maintain smooth execution and consistency in operations.

  • Organize and plan resources effectively across various workflows.

  • Balance service quality and efficiency in daily operations.

  • Help ensure team practices align with safety, legal, and company standards.

  • Support training efforts and help ensure work instructions are followed.

  • Contribute to a positive team dynamic through coaching and knowledge sharing.

  • Collaborate on resolving customer-related questions or concerns with urgency and care.

Warehouse Administration

  • Support accurate documentation and compliance with warehouse processes.

  • Help track working hours and coordinate scheduling needs.

  • Check planning accuracy and team attendance.

  • Act as a key point of contact for any operational questions or escalations in your area.

Shop Floor (GEMBA) Engagement

  • Promote and help maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive work environment.

  • Ensure relevant operational data is available and shared during daily reviews.

  • Take part in projects that improve service, quality, or cost outcomes.

  • Be a hands-on contributor to continuous improvement and process optimization.

Strengthening the Base

  • Support the development and upkeep of standard operating procedures (SOPs) in line with ISO13485.

  • Help the team stay agile and responsive to changes in customer needs or product flows.

  • Work together to meet and exceed customer, efficiency, and quality goals.

  • Collaborate across teams and departments to ensure smooth and connected operations.

  • Contribute to 6S practices and follow-up, helping drive consistency and safety.

Your profile:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics, including day-to-day coordination of teams and workflows.

  • An academic diploma or equivalent in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), including data entry, reporting, and workflow tracking.

  • At least 2 years of experience managing an onsite team.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory and quality standards, including working in environments compliant with ISO13485 or similar quality frameworks.

  • Experience with operational reporting and data analysis, including the use of tools such as Excel, SAP, or similar systems to support decision-making.
