Job Description
- Achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly sales, productivity, CCR & flexibility targets.
- Maintain Customer Services KPIs.  Â
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Ensure all customer queries are answered on time; escalate issues to appropriate team members.
- Selling products and solutions.Â
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support and selling.
Qualifications
- Business graduate from any reputed University
- Positive attitude towards managing customers
- High level of communication, negotiation, planning skills
- Willing to travel different places where our customers have their factories
- 1-2 years of experience will be an added advantage
