What we鈥檙e looking for
- Have experience in a partner-focused sales engineer role
- Have experience in the unified communications industry
- Have excellent technical skills and communication skills, able to share knowledge with all levels of customers
- Be experienced in Voice, Video, Contact Center, VOIP network architecture and technology such as SIP and others
- Have knowledge of network troubleshooting and terminology including LAN/WAN, Routers, Firewalls, Switches, PBX deployment, etc.
- Have experience with one or more UCaaS vendors, such as Microsoft, Cisco, Ringcentral
- Fluency in Italian
