Job Description

Your Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedÌýMarket LeaderÌýto join our team, covering all distribution channels across the St. Louis Metro and Eastern Missouri region. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving sales and deepening relationships across financial advisors, RIAs, broker-dealers, and bank clients.

The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in investment sales, a deep understanding of the financial products landscape, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Serving as the primary consultant across all channels in the assigned territory.

  • Promoting a full suite of investment products includingÌýETFs, Mutual Funds, SMAs, and Alternatives.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with financial professionals and key decision-makers.

  • Developing and executing strategic territory plans to drive sales growth and market penetration.

  • Delivering compelling product presentations, market insights, and portfolio solutions.

  • Collaborating with internal teams including marketing, product, and portfolio management.

  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and stay current on market trends and regulatory changes.

The Experience You Bring:

  • 10+ years of experienceÌýin investment wholesaling or a related financial services role.

  • ´¡³¦³Ù¾±±¹±ðÌýSeries 7 and Series 65Ìýlicenses (required).

  • Demonstrated success in building and managing a high-performing territory.

  • Deep knowledge of investment products and portfolio construction.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.

  • Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the territory.

  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.

  • Existing relationships within the St. Louis Metro and Eastern Missouri financial advisor community preferred.

  • Experience covering multiple distribution channels preferred (wirehouse, independent, RIA, bank, etc.).
