This position is considered hybrid, allowing for a combination of remote work and in-office collaboration. Qualified applicants must live within commuting distance of our Paris office location and should expect to be in office approximately 2 days per week.

In the Sonos AI team we design the future of AI based interactions to power music control and content discovery for Sonos customers on any control surfaces (Sonos HW, Sonos Application, Sonos Voice Control)

We are looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test to be a part of the design, development and implementation of the Sonos AI test infrastructure and long term validation strategy. You will play a central role in building and driving our validation strategy. You will report directly to the QA manager.聽

What You鈥檒l Do

• Create, maintain and monitor automated testbeds to validate Sonos AI Product deliverables.

• Run Live and exploratory testing sessions in our dedicated acoustic spaces.聽

• Investigate, log, track, and triage bugs to determine root cause and help prioritization.

• Document and report issues, contribute to product release notes and test reports.聽

• Collaborate with engineering teams (Dev/PMs) to create and review test cases, build the testing strategy, triage issues聽

Skills You鈥檒l Need

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Test automation.

• MS in Computer Science /聽 Engineering

• Understanding of software testing principles, including test case design, defect lifecycle, and regression testing.

• Experience with general purpose programming languages (Python, Shell, C++...)聽

• Experience with Git

• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins/Github actions)聽

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in French and English

Preferred Skills

• Experience with pytest

• Experience with embedded systems

• Experience with Docker
