What we can offer you! - Your Role:Ìý

In this role of high impact asÌýCustomer Service Representative - Eastern EuropeÌý() we are looking for a fresh mind to join ourÌýhigh performing teamÌýon-siteÌýwith direct reporting line to ourÌýCustomer Service Coordinator.

Your Mission:

  • On a daily base you will be the first contact person by phone and/or email toÌýour customers in Ukraine,ÌýBaltic, Poland and Central AsianÌýcountries when they want to place a new order, or give feedback on our materials.Ìý
  • You will strengthen theseÌýbusiness relationships by setting high standards in servicing their requests, and by increasing our company's sustainable approach.
  • As a smiling and reliable face to your customers you will improve added customer valueÌýby demonstrating our capabilities and building stronger customer intimacy.
  • On top, you will gain insights in our entire manufacturing world of self-adhesive labels sinceÌýyou work together with our sales representatives and our supply chain teamsÌýto ensure great service conditions as well as high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

What we expect from you! - Your Expertise:

  • (University) DegreeÌýis welcome
  • PreviousÌýwork experience ofÌý2+ yearsÌýfrom aÌýcall center / (internal) sales / customer service functionÌýideally withinÌýmanufacturing / productionÌýindustry
  • WhereasÌýPolishÌýis aÌýMUSTÌýas well asÌýfluencyÌýinÌýEnglish,ÌýRussianÌýwillÌýbe a plus.
  • Ideally, you have a valid driving license and a car of your own
  • Creativity and innovation,ÌýentrepreneurialÌýspirit for growing a sustainable business to set your career at Avery Dennison
