We're seeking someone to join our team as an Infrastructure Product Owner. You will be part of a newly formed Product Owner Chapter with experts located across the globe. The team works with squads providing a stable, yet agile and dynamic infrastructure platform to support functional requirements of the business whilst managing associated operational and security risks. The Windows Server Tooling and Automation squad engineers and maintains monitoring and tooling solutions for firm's Windows server infrastructure, on prem and off prem in a stable, secure and scalable way.
In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is an Infrastructure Product Owner position at Vice President level, which is part of the job family responsible for overseeing and leading the execution of multiple projects and/or programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Includes program management and related project support roles.

What you'll do in the role:
Prioritize work, identify and engage stakeholders, communicate changes
Handle demand management and backlog refinement
Be a member of Windows Server Tooling and Automation Squad as a Product Owner working with experienced technical minds
Shape the way the squad balances client needs with stability requirementsÂ
What you'll bring to the role:
At least 3 - 5 years of experience in IT product or release management or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
In-depth understanding of agile methodologies
Focus on continuous improvement
Experience in managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously
Ability to work in a diverse, technical, highly regulated environment
Advanced knowledge of Jira is nice to have, but not required
Experience with Windows infrastructure assets and  in technology asset management (vulnerability, lifecycle, capacity planning) is benefitial, but not essential
Project management background is an advantage, but not mandatory
