We're seeking someone to join our team as a Technology Risk & Controls Program Support.听听
Positioned to be the best in class of program execution across Technology at Morgan Stanley, the Strategic Programs Execution (SPE) is a Super Department in Cyber, Data, Risk and Resilience (CDRR). This function facilitates enhanced delivery capability to effectively manage the increasing pipeline of critical technology, regulatory, risk and control-based programs.听
This is a Program Management Support position at Director level, which is part of the job family responsible for providing specialist data analysis and expertise that drive decision-making and business insights as well as crafting data pipelines, implementing data models, and optimizing data processes for improved data accuracy and accessibility, including applying machine learning and AI-based techniques.听

What you鈥檒l do in the role:听听
Setting up tools and standards for managing the program听
Planning, tracking, and reporting on outputs and outcomes听
Financial planning, budgets and tracking - assisting the Program Manager听
Cross project interdependency management听
Setting quality control standards and tracking implementation听
Developing stakeholder maps defining the interest of the program/听
Holding master copies of program documentation听
Maintaining status reports for al projects/workstreams for the program听
Establishing consistent practices and standards for planning, reporting, controls听
Registering issues听
Analysing risks and maintaining Risk Log for the program听
Producing and distributing reports for the program听
Monitoring items requiring action听
Maintaining and updating program plan听
Maintaining and monitoring programs change control procedures听
听
What you'll bring to the role:听
5 years working in a PMO or Program Support role听
2 years of having led a PMO or Program Support function听
Experience of working on programs focused on delivering change to technology risk & controls or of a regulatory, internal audit or operational risk nature听
Solid proficiency in project and program methodologies across the full program lifecycle听
Naturally proactive and ability to thrive where there鈥檚 ambiguity听
Comfortable working with a high level of independence听
Confidence to challenge & push back, and ability to change engagement approach to suit your audience听
Focus on identifying opportunities to drive greater effectiveness and efficiency through automation and process streamlining听
An interest in emerging technologies such as Generative AI and developing real-life applications in the program Mgmt. domain听
Provide clarity and calmness during chaotic moments听
Ability to quickly develop relationships coupled with strong interpersonal and communication skills听
Proficiency in using platforms such as JIRA, Rally听
