Position Summary

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather, analyze, and define business requirements for casino systems, with a particular focus on Asia-based clients.
  • Ability to plan and execute presales demos, leveraging a deep understanding of both customer needs and product capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a passion for innovation in gaming technology.
  • Expertise in improving and maintaining the quality of business requirement documents, as well as strengthening QA and UAT processes to ensure high-quality product delivery.
  • Evaluate and map existing business processes to identify areas for operational enhancement and innovation.
  • Translate complex requirements into clear documentation, including business requirement documents, user stories, and process flows.
  • Leverage your understanding of Asian market dynamics to better plan and execute presales demos tailored to regional customer needs.
  • Drive project execution through strong functional knowledge, ensuring alignment of system features with business goals and customer expectations.
  • Develop and deliver product training sessions to internal teams and external clients across various regions, focusing on both new features and system updates.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies in the Asian gaming sector to help shape the product roadmap.
  • Lead and improve the quality of business requirement documents by ensuring clarity, precision, and alignment with client needs.
  • Act as a product SME, understanding our systems from the operator’s point of view across diverse customer environments.
  • Analyze and resolve reported issues, recommending improvements in configuration or operational usage.
  • Communicate business challenges effectively to technical, functional and product teams to support timely resolution and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in casino operations—either on the operator side or with a gaming systems vendor.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in the Asian gaming market, with a solid understanding of its unique operational and regulatory landscape.

Working Conditions:

  • The work conditions are representative and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations
  • This role will require some travel in the Asia region, primarily Macau and the Philippines.
