Summary:听听听听听听 The Campaign Development Manager 鈥� Generalist serves as flexible campaign support, floating between four key peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns to meet evolving needs across three designated markets. This adaptable role is accountable for building and nurturing strong volunteer relationships while executing innovative fundraising strategies to exceed revenue goals and advance the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society鈥檚 (LLS) mission of relentlessly pursuing cancer cures. 听

Key Relationships:听
Supervises: May supervise Campaign Development Specialist听
Duties and Responsibilities:听 听
Mission Integration听听
- Partner with Education, Services and Health Research department to effectively communicate the LLS overall mission, programs, resources, and priorities.听听
- Responsible for organizing mission centered, local donor cultivation events and prospecting high-impact donors for national stewardship activities听
Fundraising & Relationship Building听
- Float across multiple campaigns and markets to drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising efforts to achieve overall revenue goals.听
- Support the execution of strategic campaign plans, including timelines, budgets, KPIs, and stakeholder engagement strategies.听听
- Collaborate cross-functionally with market relationship teams and national shared services to enhance campaign effectiveness and cohesion.鈥� 听
Volunteer Management听
- Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees and peer-to-peer fundraising participants across all supported campaigns.听
- Identify and engage key donors, constituents, and corporate/community partners to support campaign growth.听
- Develop tailored recruitment and stewardship plans by conducting independent prospect research and volunteer relationship building.鈥� 听
Other Responsibilities:听
- Maintain working knowledge of LLS mission and programs to ensure alignment and inspire engagement.听
- Represent LLS professionally at community, donor, and campaign-related events.听
- Perform other related duties as assigned 听

Education & Experience Requirements:听 听
- Bachelor鈥檚 degree required.听
- 3鈥�5 years of relevant experience in fundraising, volunteer engagement, or project management. 听
Position Requirements:听
- Collaborate with Mission Team ensuring success of patient access, education, public policy, advocacy and research
- Able to supervise groups of volunteers鈥�
- Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively鈥�
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge and use of digital, social media & emerging online channels鈥�
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.鈥�
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite鈥� 听
Physical Demands & Work Environment:听

- May be required to move Campaign materials weighing up to 15 pounds for various events.鈥�
- Travel to designated markets as needed, including overnight stays, to support markets with staff vacancies or special initiatives听
- Required to work some evenings or weekends.鈥�

This is an hourly paid role.听 The offered compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, business need, market conditions, proficiencies, skills, education, and experience. Base compensation is only one component of our Total Rewards program, which also includes an annual incentive plan and a competitive benefits package.
