Summary:ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý The Campaign Development Manager â€� Generalist serves as flexible campaign support, floating between four key peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns to meet evolving needs across three designated markets. This adaptable role is accountable for building and nurturing strong volunteer relationships while executing innovative fundraising strategies to exceed revenue goals and advance the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) mission of relentlessly pursuing cancer cures. Duties and Responsibilities:Ìý Ìý

Mission IntegrationÌýÌý

  • Partner with Education, Services and Health Research department to effectively communicate the LLS overall mission, programs, resources, and priorities.ÌýÌý
  • Responsible for organizing mission centered, local donor cultivation events and prospecting high-impact donors for national stewardship activitiesÌý

Fundraising & Relationship BuildingÌý

  • Float across multiple campaigns and markets to drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising efforts to achieve overall revenue goals.Ìý
  • Support the execution of strategic campaign plans, including timelines, budgets, KPIs, and stakeholder engagement strategies.ÌýÌý
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with market relationship teams and national shared services to enhance campaign effectiveness and cohesion.â€� Ìý

Volunteer ManagementÌý

  • Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees and peer-to-peer fundraising participants across all supported campaigns.Ìý
  • Identify and engage key donors, constituents, and corporate/community partners to support campaign growth.Ìý
  • Develop tailored recruitment and stewardship plans by conducting independent prospect research and volunteer relationship building.â€� Ìý

Other Responsibilities:Ìý

  • Maintain working knowledge of LLS mission and programs to ensure alignment and inspire engagement.Ìý
  • Represent LLS professionally at community, donor, and campaign-related events.Ìý
  • Perform other related duties as assigned Ìý

Education & Experience Requirements:Ìý Ìý

  • Bachelor’s degree required.Ìý
  • 3â€�5 years of relevant experience in fundraising, volunteer engagement, or project management. Ìý

  • Able to supervise groups of volunteers Ì�
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively Ì�
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and use of digital, social media & emerging online channels Ì�
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized. Ì�
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suiteâ€� Ìý

This is an hourly paid role.Ìý The offered compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, business need, market conditions, proficiencies, skills, education, and experience.
