- Collecting, processing, and cleaning data from multiple sources for analysis.
- Developing, validating, and implementing predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
- Developing scalable, financial forecasting models, delivered to multiple end users.
- Performing statistical analysis to understand and visualize data trends.
- Designing and developing generative AI algorithms and agentic solutions.
- Creating data-driven solutions to address business needs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
- Presenting information using data visualization techniques.
- Proposing solutions and strategies to business challenges.
- Collaborating with engineering and product development teams.
- Have built models deployed and used in production environments.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
� 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 11+ years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
� Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. A Master's degree or Ph.D. is preferred.
� Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch for developing AI models.
� Experience with containers and docker files is preferred.
� Experience with database languages (SQL or NoSQL).
� Real world experience in creating financial forecasting models for external customers.
� Deep understanding of statistical and predictive modelling concepts.
� Advanced knowledge of generative AI.
� Knowledge of data management and visualization techniques.
� Experience with Hadoop, Hive and Spark.
� Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
� Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
� Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
