Senior Business Analyst

About the Role

In this opportunity as a Senior Business Analyst, you will:

• Responsible for the comprehensive gathering of business requirements and documentation analysis, accurately translating and documenting these requirements into detailed functional specifications to guide the development team.
• Demonstrate an understanding of agile processes and actively engage as a member of a scrum team. Responsibilities include generating and elaborating user stories in the backlog, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with team members to support project success.
• Assist in identifying and refining project dependencies to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Provide necessary clarification for work items during the development phase to ensure team members understand the requirements fully.
• Translates complex business requirements into technical solutions as required.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes through strategic insights and feedback.
• Makes technical solution recommendations to meet requirements based on understanding of how technical solutions will impact the business and stakeholders as required.
• Develops a strong awareness and understanding of Thomson Reuters technologies, products, and services in assigned area.

About You:

You鈥檙e a fit for the role of Senior Business Analyst if your background includes

• Familiarity with contact center technologies, including IVR functionality, voice bots, and CRM integration.
• 3-5 Years of experience
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong understanding of business process management.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, agile environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly in generating and managing backlogs and user stories.
