The NA Brand and Consulting Manager coordinates across many regional teams to deliver on-brand physical and digital card designs assigned to the proper card product, as well as ensure Visa Product Brand Standards are upheld and enforced across all other payment and marketing touchpoints, including non-carded flows. This involves reviewing user journeys and sharing feedback to sales and product partners, creating and deploying enablement materials, and monitoring for compliance across the ecosystem.
Card Design ManagementÂ
• �  Manage physical card sample reviews and Print on Demand utilizing brand review tools.
• Â�  Review affinity and cobrand partnerships proposed by Visa issuers to ensure brand and reputation fit for consumer credit/debit and prepaid programs, escalating for enhanced risk review as needed.Â
• �  Drive mutual brand and business wins while ensuring adherence to brand standards for card designs
Client CommunicationÂ
• �  Assist with brand related questions addressed through the North America brand mailbox and ensure timely responses/escalations if needed.
• Â�  Own process for assigned client escalations to the Visa Product Brand Standards for the region and provide subject matter expertise for client escalations that have brand/marketing impact for North America.Â
Client ConsultationÂ
• �  Liaise with client/partner stakeholders and executives including Visa vendors and issuers on physical and digital card designs to ensure brand adherence to rules and regulations.
• �  Utilize expertise to share thoughtful insights into card designs and consumer preferences with AEs and clients/partners to drive acquisition and usage.
• Â�  Review and provide guidance on client card marketing (physical and digital) as needed.Â
• Â�  Support inquiries related to card design (physical and digital), card marketing, and Visa branding in general.Â
Sales EnablementÂ
• Â�  Empower sales team on positioning of Brand within digital and physical credentials/card designs and marketingÂ
Brand InitiativesÂ
•  Provide input to Global Brand Management team to inform strategy and objectives
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
�8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
�9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
�3+ years of experience in business, marketing, communications or a related field.
•Comfortable handling multiple projects and deadlines
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and regional teams.
•Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
•Strategic thinker and creative problem-solver
•Able to operate independently
•Able to navigate matrixed organization and influence stakeholders across levels and functions
•Familiarity with card manufacturing a plus but not required.

Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 127,400 to 217,500 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
