Dans ce r么le, vous aurez les responsabilit茅s suivantes :
Animer les s茅ances annuelles de planification des activit茅s.
Encadrer les partenaires franchis茅s dans l鈥櫭﹍aboration de leurs plans d鈥檃ffaires trimestriels, en mettant l鈥檃ccent sur la mise en 艙uvre locale des strat茅gies de base de la franchise et sur leur rendement.
Veiller 脿 ce que le recrutement et l鈥檌nt茅gration, ainsi que la direction de l鈥櫭﹒uipe des ventes demeurent des priorit茅s constantes pour les partenaires franchis茅s.
Accompagner les partenaires franchis茅s dans la mise en place d鈥檜n leadership efficace au sein de leur 茅quipe des ventes, notamment par le biais de r茅unions mensuelles, d鈥檜n mentorat individuel des conseillers, de la d茅finition d鈥檕bjectifs pour le Club des navigateurs et de la m茅thodologie de l鈥檃pproche de vente 芦 Navigators 禄.
Passer en revue et encadrer les investissements marketing qui soutiennent les strat茅gies Compass par les moyens suivants :
Soutien du partenaire franchis茅 dans le d茅veloppement et la mise en 艙uvre de son plan marketing national et local

Franchise Performance Coach
Expedia庐 Cruises庐 is looking for an engaging Franchise Performance Coach (Field Manager) to provide business coaching and support for our Retail centers in the province of Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada. As the Franchise Performance Coach, you will drive franchise sales growth & increase business value through consistent, customized coaching and training with Franchise Partners. This support is centered around the Expedia庐 Cruises庐 Franchise Partner Compass strategies, resources and behaviors including; Leadership & Recognition; Recruitment & Onboarding; Marketing & Promotions; Planning and Performance; Operations and Administration.

In this role, you will:
Facilitate annual business planning sessions
Coach Franchise Partners on their Quarterly business plans, maintaining a focus on local execution of the core Franchise strategies and their performance
Ensure Recruitment & Onboarding, and Sales Team Leadership remain continuous priorities of Franchise Partners
Coach Franchise Partners on effective Sales Team Leadership including monthly team meetings, one on one mentoring of Consultants, Navigators Club Goal Setting and Navigators Approach Sales methodology
You will review and coach to marketing investments that support the Compass strategies through:
Support of the Franchise Partner development and execution of their National & Local Marketing Plan
Attraction and Retention marketing
Expedia Cruises Promotions & sales events
In-center merchandising
Consultant Recruitment marketing
You will ensure Franchise Center is adopting all of the Expedia庐 Cruises庐 systems and is compliant in all areas of our Brand Standards
Ensure Center is supported and knowledgeable of all Center Operations through CruiseDesk to support growth
Drive field feedback regularly through consistent, timely reporting and solve hurdles through collaboration with Expedia庐 Cruises庐 Program Specialists
Ensure all new franchise locations are supported and evolving to Star Among Your Peers benchmarks by the execution within the franchise system.
Influence optimal Omni-Channel performance management by leveraging advanced analytical tools to drive strategic decision-making objectives.
This role requires 25% travel within North America.
Experience and qualifications:
Bilingual English/French professional communicator
Data Driven individual
Experience in an environment managing conflict and problem solving
Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration or related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience
A minimum 5 years鈥� experience in retail sales management in franchising, travel or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
You are results oriented with a strong desire to drive sales by developing and coaching people
Business insights and acumen with an emphasis on sales and marketing

The total cash range for this position in Montreal is $83,000.00 to $116,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $133,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
