Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly sales, productivity, CCR & flexibility targets.
  • Maintain Customer Services KPIs.   
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Ensure all customer queries are answered on time; escalate issues to appropriate team members.
  • Selling products and solutions. 
  • Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support and selling.

Qualifications
  • Business graduate from any reputed University.
  • 2-3 years in manufacturing maintenance, preferably in compliant factories.
  • Positive attitude towards managing customers
  • High level of communication, negotiation, planning skills
  • Willing to travel different places where our customers have their factories
