​â¶Ä�Technical Expertise & Key ResponsibilitiesÌý
​Conceptualize, analyze, and develop graphical solutions for a range of medical devices. Solutions impact instructional media, device features, user interfaces, carton artwork and beyond. Ìý
​Responsible for research and solutions that address technical communication/instructional issues in the healthcare sector including OUS marketsÌý
​Develop best practices for visual communications that ensure order, consistency, clarity, conciseness in style and appearance of deliverables.Ìý
​Stay abreast of technologies and trends, applying them when applicable to solve problems and enhance our businessÌý
​Utilize enterprise PLM systemÌý
​Multi-task and execute flawlessly and consistently in a fast-paced environment with competing demandsÌý

​Effectively plan and track projects and workload in a multi-project environment while effectively communicating timelines with project teams. Ìý

​Work closely with functional area team and adjacent departments (Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Packaging Engineering, Product Safety, Clinical Sciences, Industrial Design, etc.) to influence instructional content and ensure it is conveyed properly. This includes involvement in usability testing.Ìý
​Ability to communicate and collaborate globally including awareness of cultural differences and a sense of inclusiveness.​�
Education and Training
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Art or relevant field of study.ÌýÌýÌý
AAS degree with demonstrated progressive relevant design experience preferably in healthcare, medical device, or other highly regulated industry.Ìý
2 or more years design experienceÌýÌý

​Excellent visual communication skills with experience in use of visual and graphic techniques Ìý
​Must be able to analyze the user experience through observation and understanding of audience needsÌý
​Proficiency in design, multimedia software/applications including but not limited to Adobe Digital Publishing Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, IllustratorÌý
​Demonstrated project management and internal consulting skills, with ability to influence without authorityÌý
​Demonstrated graphical technical illustration ability for conveying instructional informationÌý
​Strong written and verbal communication skillsÌý
​Experience with project and time management skillsÌý
​Professional and positive approach, solution-oriented, self-starterÌý
​Demonstrated ability to prioritize and work within schedulesÌý
​Passion for quality design and innovationÌý
​Demonstrated relationship building skills and customer service orientationÌý
