At Stryker, we’re building a state-of-the-art manufacturing site in Skawina, and we’re looking for a Metrology Engineer to lead measurement strategy, calibration excellence, and inspection innovation. Drive precision. Elevate standards. Make healthcare better.

What You Will Do:
  • Lead and develop metrology procedures, inspection standards, and calibration strategies on site.
  • Support production transfers project from the metrology perspective.
  • Drive site and global metrology projects in collaboration with Shared Services.
  • Oversee IMTE calibration, MSA, validation, and equipment qualification activities.
  • Resolve metrology issues and support GD&T interpretation and inspection planning.
  • Design and qualify inspection fixtures; develop and improve automated test methods.
  • Align inspection processes across internal teams and suppliers for consistency.
  • Apply statistical tools (SPC, MSA) to maintain process and measurement reliability.
  • Continuously enhance metrology practices through process improvement and training.

What You Need:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Metrology, or related field.
  • Technical certifications in Metrology, Validation, or Quality Engineering are a plus.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in metrology, quality, or inspection engineering, preferably in a regulated environment (e.g., medical devices, aerospace).
  • Proven experience in inspection system validation, measurement analysis (MSA), and equipment qualification.
  • Proficient in using and programming inspection and measurement tools (e.g., CMM, vision systems, gauges).
  • Skilled in CAD, GD&T, SPC, and statistical analysis.
  • Experience with systems like Windchill, MfgPro
  • Strong communicator in English (C1 level), able to influence and coach cross-functional teams
