As a Senior Software Engineer you will work on projects on a highly scalable and dynamic web system. This is all using many of the newest, cloud-based technologies. You will build highly distributable systems composed of multiple databases, processing, and webservers within the massive data field.
Our team owns aiR for Privilege products. It is an AI-powered solution that uses generative AI, large language models, natural language processing, machine learning, and social network graphs to analyze documents and predict whether they are privileged or not and provide a draft privilege log description. This streamlines privilege review, improves the accuracy of your final privilege calls, and reduces overhead when creating a privilege log.
aiR for Privilege retains an understanding of privilege specific to an organization to drive greater consistency in privilege calls across matters and speed up the pace of privilege review.

Job Responsibilities听
Implementing tools and technologies to provision and configure an enterprise software system in public and sovereign clouds with a focus on increasing efficiency and reliability of deployed storage systems听听
Ability to contribute throughout all phases of a service lifecycle from conception through design, development, deployment, and ultimately operation听听
Ability to contribute to and mature existing, fully automated CICD workflows听听
A commitment to monitoring and observability听听
Identify, document, automate, and engineer processes for repeated tasks鈥�
Oversee the application environment to effectively run and maintain the technology and determine the advisement of potential technology or process improvements鈥�
Strategize, plan, prioritize, schedule, and partner in the execution of infrastructure provisioning and configuration while focusing on maintaining or improving security, data integrity, programming logic integrity, and administration鈥�
Manage the deployment of our infrastructure product and our deployment/upgrade processes听听
Seek and recommend improvements to current processes鈥痑nd technologies used鈥�
Participate in code reviews for projects written by your team鈥�
Participate in design reviews for new and existing services and platforms鈥�
Influence the use of industry-leading development platforms and process听听
Participate in the on-call rotation to ensure a tight feedback loop from customers听
Minimum Qualifications听
5+ years of software development of commercial-grade systems and applications听听
Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical degree, or work equivalent experience鈥�
Experience with software engineering best practices: unit testing, code reviews, design documentation, excellent debugging, and troubleshooting skills鈥�
Strong computer science fundamentals in algorithms, data structures and computational complexity听听
A self-starter driven to make an impact听听
Strong Communications skills听
Experience in Java or C#听听
Comfortable working from Specifications to create a Technical Approach and scoping work听听
Ability to consistently deliver modular and scalable solutions in a timely manner听
Obsession with software quality and empathy for customer experience听
Technical understanding at least two of the following DevOps Platforms:听听
GitHub, Azure DevOps, GitLab, and Jenkins听
听
Preferred Qualifications听
Experience with infrastructure and distributed systems in a cloud environment (Azure preferred)鈥�
Experience with configuration management and CI platforms听听
Experience with .NET core development and C# or Java听听
Experience developing storage and file access libraries听

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
181听000 and 271听000PLNThe final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.听
