• Optimize AI/ML model performance on specialized Android-based IoT devices and embedded systems.聽

• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, compliance, and product teams to integrate AI models into production workflows.听听

• Evaluate new AI/ML technologies and industry trends to enhance business capabilities and product innovation.聽

• Implement and validate explainable and interpretable AI methodologies for healthcare regulatory compliance (SOC 2, HIPAA).听听

• Document technical designs, decisions, and model performance metrics to meet compliance and audit requirements.聽

• Participate in the design and continuous improvement of AI-driven solutions ensuring privacy, security, and scalability.听听

• Engage in regular knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and mentoring within the technical team.聽

What You Need (Required Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering/ Computer Science, Data Science or related discipline & 2+ years of work experience.

• Strong proficiency in Python and popular ML frameworks/libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).听听

• Experience with computer vision techniques and frameworks (e.g., YOLO, OpenCV).听听

• Familiarity with deploying ML models on edge devices or embedded hardware, especially Android-based platforms.聽

Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Desired)听听

• 3+ years of experience developing and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.

• Experience within regulated industries (healthcare, medtech) and understanding of SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance.听听

• Knowledge of GCP or similar cloud platforms, including model deployment and management.听听

• Understanding of WebRTC and network flow for real-time data analytics.听听

• Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD workflows, Docker, Kubernetes, and data optimization in MongoDB or BigQuery.听听

• Experience with model explainability and compliance documentation for AI systems.聽

• Experience with integrated development environments (IDE) for projects.

• Experience with tools for static/dynamic analysis, memory management, code coverage and techniques for analyzing software Integration and deployment processes.

$87,600 - $186,700 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location.聽Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
