Role
As a member of the Tender and Pricing team, the Pricing Specialist is in charge of commercial conditions management and registration for his/her area. The Pricing Specialist is in charge of managing and recording public and private contracts in his/her area. The Pricing Specialist also provides support and coordination between the customer and the commercial function. He/she ensures the prices and contractual conditions

Missions and activities
1°/ Management of price offers
Approximate working time: 50%
- Management of commercial conditions (price offer, referencing, tender) for all customers.
- Fill in the dashboards set up internally and integrate the commercial conditions / contracts in the tools provided for this purpose (Share Point, Summary sheet, Phoenix, ...)
- Ensure the archiving and availability of commercial conditions to the various internal partners
- Record prices and commercial conditions in ORACLE
- Set up a plan in order to collect information from the various internal and external partners and thus proceed to the renewal of prices.
2°/ Global pricing management with the support of pricing coordinator
Approximate working time: 30%
- Update of the LPPR database with Stryker government affairs department
- Update FRXX public conditions on January 1st in collaboration with the divisions
3°/ Other missions
Approximate working time: 10%
- Participation in X-division communications & projects
- Management of incoming calls (internal and external customers)
- Carrying out credit notes and re-invoicing
- Contribute to the continuous improvement process of customer satisfaction
- Contribute to the improvement process of tender and pricing department
- Archiving of contracts (SharePoint / Phoenix)

Education:
Level Bac+2 or equivalent
Experience:
2 years of experience in the use of ERP (Oracle, SAP) and CRM (SalesForce) systems as well as in an organization in charge of commercial conditions
