The Senior Financial Systems Analyst will be the end-to-end process subject matter expert, own administration of the Zuora platform, and be responsible for daily system support of our Billing/Collections and Revenue Accounting teams. The Senior Financial Systems Analyst will partner closely with IT to ensure quality integrity and seamless integration throughout the data lifecycle with Salesforce CPQ, upstream, and Workday Financials, downstream. The ideal candidate will have high fluency in both functional and technical discussions with the gumption to develop flexible, future-proof solutions in this critical area of the business.The role reports to the Director, Financial Systems. Ideal candidates will be based in the Chicago area; however, remote candidates will be considered.
Job Description and Requirements
Responsibilities听
Administer and own configuration of Zuora platform (Billing and Revenue/RevPro) to meet business needs and support future growth听
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and designs to develop scalable solutions听
Triage and identify bug fixes required for Zuora while working with 3rd party resources听
Identify process gaps and improvements and quickly act on them听
Participate in all stages of the SDLC, from QA to UAT, for Zuora-related fixes and dependent system impacts听
Maintain tight collaboration with key cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment听
Ensure compliance controls satisfy audit and SOX requirements听
Minimum Requirements听
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or equivalent experience
5+ years of hands-on experience with Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue/RevPro听
In depth functional knowledge of 606 Revenue Recognition standards听
Solid SQL skills with an eye to write clean, efficient queries听
Integration experience with Salesforce CPQ, Workday Financials, and Adaptive a plus听
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently with Finance and IT teams听
Exceptional attention to detail听

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
$88,000 and $132,000The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.听
