What you will do:
The Talent Acquisition Partner role is a full lifecycle recruitment position responsible for partnering with Hiring Managers and HR to identify, attract and acquire top talent to support Stryker鈥檚 Inari organizational needs.
Recruiting:
- Utilize your passion for generating candidates by creating targeted attraction and engagement strategies for active candidates (job boards, social media, compelling/relevant messaging, etc鈥�) in close collaboration with Recruiting Manager or more experienced TA Partners.
- Leverages existing sourcing strategies.
- Articulate a compelling career opportunity based on the candidate鈥檚 motivation.
- Conduct initial phone screens with candidates to assess technical skills and cultural fit and present candidate match & value to hiring team.
- Ensure outstanding candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Contribute to Social Media efforts and positively promote Stryker鈥檚 brand
- May utilize the services of employment agencies with approval from the Recruitment Manager 路 Manage candidate/requisition lifecycle in ATS with the highest accuracy and timeliness to ensure data integrity for reporting.
Advise & Lead:
- Listen to and understand the needs and motivations of all stakeholders.
- Provides input for the hiring team鈥檚 advice and guidance on the recruitment process, policy, technology, industry trends, and best practices in close collaboration with the Recruiting Manager and more experienced TA Partners.
- Communicate consistently and proactively to ensure alignment.
- Tactfully drive the hiring process to meet aggressive KPIs Innovate.
- Participate in projects the Latin America region on the improvement of the TA function.
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Previous business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience preferred
- 1+ years of recruitment experience in manufacturing recruitment or/and agency recruiting.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
